WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?
You can enter the code during the checkout process! On mobile, you may need to expand a tab during the checkout page to see the input box that asks for a coupon code or gift card.
HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING & SHIPMENT TAKE?
After placing your order, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. Our fulfillment warehouses will pack the items in your order and ship them out as soon as possible. If you place an order on the weekend, we will ship it out during business days.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification, along with your tracking number, through email. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately.
When you order multiple products, our fulfillment warehouse may send your items separately. This is to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible. Don't worry; it's normal to receive a product a couple of days before the other.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original condition.
If you received damaged goods during shipping, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email email@example.com with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number. We will review damages due to shipping and work closely to resolve them in the most reasonable manner possible.
